LLM Master of Laws program in EU Law and International Business Law is one of the International Postgraduate Programs offered by the European Center for Peace and Development, a regional center of the University for Peace, established by the United Nations.
The program, taught by highly recognized international experts, offers a business law education and an excellent schooling experience on various topics, including the institutional aspects and cornerstones of the EU, the EU competition law, internal market, the common European trade policy. Apart from the International Investment as a forefront of modern developments in international economic law, students will get an insights in the international bilateral and multilateral investment treaties and relevant international customary law concepts. The program covers also public international law rules and mechanisms that affect foreign trade in goods and services, rules governing the international monetary and financial systems and much more.
Depending on a student’s interests, the program offers four different levels of engagement, leading to the LLM program degree, diplomas or certificates, granted under the authority of ECPD University for Peace est. by United Nations.
